If you notice a leak coming from your filter housing, it's highly probable that the O-ring, which should be securely positioned at the top of the filter housing, has become dislodged. 

If you've lost your O-ring, you can order a replacement using this link.

NOTE: The O ring can fall out during a filter change, when pouring out the water from the filter housing. Make sure to keep your finger over the O ring when performing this step.
