Leak at the drain plugUpdated 8 months ago

If you're experiencing a leak at the drain plug, there are three effective methods to resolve it:

1. Ensure the drain plug is securely tightened. Sometimes, it may not have been fully secured, so try turning it further to achieve a tighter seal.
2. If tightening doesn't solve the issue, doubling up on the gasket of the drain plug should do the trick! You'll receive the original drain plug with the Grizzly cooler, and the gasket from that plug can be used to augment the sealing of our custom drain plug. (Newer models will already have two gaskets)
3. If the two methods above do not fix the leak, you can remove the drain plug, and wipe off any loose dirt or debris on the drain plug and inside the connection point on the tub. (see video below)
