In the event of a leak at the bulkhead, there are two potential causes and corresponding solutions for addressing this issue: 

1. The bulkhead might need to be tightened. Make sure to tighten both from inside the tub and outside for effective resolution.
2.  It's possible you might have debris build up. Try removing the components of the bulkhead and thoroughly cleaning them.
