Filter Change –

The filters typically need to be changed every 2-5 weeks depending on usage. You will know it is time to change the filter when any of the following happen:

1. The flow coming from the return jet is weak or nonexistent
2. The chiller is not giving an accurate temperature reading or cooling the water to the set temperature

To ensure the most life out of your filters, please do the following:

1. Always use the 50-micron filters that we provide; smaller micron filters will clog quickly and put strain on your entire system
2. Use the hose filter any time you are filling up your Modtub; this ensure the water coming into your tub is filtered to begin with
3. Rinse off any dirt, sweat, oils, etc. prior to entering the tub
4. Wear as little clothing as possible when plunging
